Rp66 Terms & Conditions – Platform Usage Policy for Malaysia

Rp66 is an online entertainment and betting platform operating for users in Malaysia. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern all aspects of platform usage, including the rp66.ws website, mobile application (if available), and all services provided by rp66.

By registering an account, making your first deposit, or simply using any feature of the rp66 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which form part of this overall agreement.

• These Terms take effect from the date you first use the rp66 platform.

• You must be a Malaysian citizen or permanent resident aged at least 18 years old.
• You must act on your own behalf and not on behalf of any other person.
• You are not on any self-exclusion list or exclusion register maintained by any relevant authority.
• You do not have any other active rp66 account. Only one account is permitted per individual.
• rp66 employees and their immediate family members are not permitted to register as members.

The rp66 account registration process is simple and straightforward. However, we require accurate and up-to-date information from every member to meet our applicable legal compliance obligations.

• All information provided during registration must be truthful, accurate, and current. Providing false information is a serious violation that may result in account closure and forfeiture of any remaining balance.
• rp66 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including a copy of your MyKad, bank statement, or current proof of address.
• Only one account is permitted per individual, per IP address, per device, and per phone number. Duplicate accounts will be closed and balances may be forfeited.
• You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date. Any changes to your email address or phone number must be communicated to the rp66 support team promptly.
• A KYC (Know Your Customer) process may be required before your first withdrawal or when cumulative transaction amounts reach a certain threshold.

Rp66 supports all major digital payment methods in Malaysia to ensure a smooth, fast, and secure deposit process for all members.

• All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in the member's own name. rp66 does not accept third-party deposits.
• Deposits that fail to process due to incorrect information are the member's responsibility. rp66 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from such errors.
• rp66 reserves the right to reject any deposit suspected of involving fraud or suspicious activity.

Rp66 is committed to processing all legitimate withdrawals promptly and transparently. The following conditions and procedures apply to all rp66 members.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM20 per transaction. There is no minimum daily withdrawal limit, subject to the player's account limits.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as the member's rp66 account.
• Members must fulfil the wagering requirement for any bonus received before a withdrawal can be processed.
• rp66 reserves the right to request additional document verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals exceeding RM5,000.
• Standard processing time is 5–30 minutes. Withdrawals for new accounts or accounts with suspicious activity may take up to 24 hours.
• rp66 does not charge withdrawal fees to members. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose charges, which are the member's sole responsibility.

Rp66 offers a wide range of exciting bonuses and promotions for both new and existing members. Each bonus is subject to specific conditions that must be met before any winnings can be withdrawn.

• All bonuses are optional. Members may opt out of receiving bonuses by notifying customer support prior to making a deposit.

• rp66 reserves the right to void any bonus and forfeit any winnings derived from it if there is any indication of abuse or fraudulent activity.
• Accounts found to be using arbitrage betting strategies to qualify for bonuses will have their bonuses forfeited and may be subject to further action.
• All promotions are subject to a specific validity period. rp66 reserves the right to amend or cancel promotions without prior notice.

All betting and gaming on rp66 — including slots, Live Casino, roulette, poker, Sports Betting (Malaysia Super League, EPL, badminton), and e-sports (Mobile Legends, DOTA 2, Valorant) — is subject to the following general rules.

• All confirmed bets are final and cannot be cancelled, except under circumstances specifically stated (e.g. a sporting event is cancelled).
• The outcome of all casino games is determined by an independently audited Random Number Generation (RNG) system. All results are final.
• In the event of a technical disruption affecting the integrity of a match or game, rp66 reserves the right to void the relevant bets and refund the stakes to members.
• Abnormal or extraordinary winnings resulting from technical errors, software glitches, or system faults will be voided. rp66 is not liable for winnings obtained through such means.
• rp66 reserves the right to void or suspend any bet suspected of involving match-fixing, misuse of insider information, or collusion.

• Opening more than one rp66 account (whether under your own name or using another person's identity).
• Using bots, automated software, or any other technology to assist with betting or gameplay without prior written consent from rp66.
• Representing or acting on behalf of another person without authorisation — including placing bets on someone else's behalf.
• Any form of fraud, including the unauthorised use of credit/debit cards, illegitimate chargebacks, or falsification of information.
• Money laundering — using the rp66 platform to conceal the source of illicit funds.
• Deliberately exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or odds mistakes for unfair gain.
• Threats, harassment, or the use of abusive language towards support staff or other members through any rp66 communication channel.

The security of your account is a shared responsibility between rp66 and you. rp66 employs 256-bit SSL encryption and industry-standard security protocols, but you also have a role to play.

• You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. Do not share this information with anyone, including rp66 staff.
• Any transaction made using your account login credentials will be considered as carried out by you, unless you have reported the account theft to rp66 in writing before the transaction took place.
• If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact rp66 support immediately via live chat or email to request a temporary account suspension.
• Enable the Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) feature available in your rp66 account settings for an added layer of security.

• Members may close their account at any time by contacting rp66 support. Any valid balance will be refunded within 5 business days, subject to KYC requirements.
• rp66 reserves the right to suspend or close any account without notice if there is evidence of a Terms violation, fraudulent activity, or a request from a competent authority.
• Accounts inactive for more than 12 consecutive months may be subject to a maintenance fee of RM5 per month until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated.
• Members whose accounts have been closed due to fraud or serious violations are not eligible to re-register with rp66 in the future.

To the extent permitted under applicable Malaysian law, rp66 limits its liability as follows:

• rp66 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive losses suffered by members arising from use of the platform.
• rp66 does not guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption, errors, or downtime. Scheduled maintenance may cause the platform to be temporarily unavailable.
• rp66 is not liable for any losses incurred as a result of poor internet connectivity, user device disruptions, or technical issues beyond rp66's control.
• rp66's total liability to any member under any circumstances is limited to the total amount deposited by that member within the 30 days preceding the claim.
